Every official action — applying for a learner’s licence, applying for a permanent driving licence, renewing a licence, checking application status, downloading a digital copy, or paying fees — takes place only on the government portal at parivahan.gov.in and its sub-portals.
We do not process applications, accept payments, issue licences, modify RTO records, or represent any applicant before the government. We have no ability to influence the outcome of any application.
